April Meal Plan

The April meal plan is being kept as simple as possible, but yet having a variety.  With the current situation with COVID-19,  you have to stretch your meals and make as much use of pantry items.  Having a detailed shopping is even more important during this period.

 In this months meal plan I am also adding some dessert/snack ideas you can make with minimal ingredients.

Week 1 (1st – 5th April)

  • Filled Artichokes
  • Chilli con Carne (already in freezer)
  • Froga tat-Tajra
  • Homemade Pizza
  • Lasagna

Week 2 (6th – 12th April)

Week 3  (13th – 19th April)

Week 4 (20th – 26th April)

The baked macaroni recipe is vegan however you can make it with ground beef
