Welcome to February 2021 meal plan.  This month’s meal plan is a mix of new and already shared recipes.  This month have included a couple of soups.  If you follow me on Facebook and Instagram, you know I shared the Broccoli and Red Lentil soup which turned out delicious and which I am now including in this meal plan.  Two new soups that I would like to try are Chicken Fajita Soup and Red Lentil Soup.

I have tried to incorporate lentils in our diet due to their health benefits.  Some of the benefits of lentils are:

  • Lowers Cholesterol because it contains a large amount of water-soluable dietry fibre;
  • High in Fiber;
  • Can stabilize blood sugar levels;
  • Good level of protein;
  • Help with weight loss.

Apart from their health benefits, lentils are not expensive thus are budget friendly.  Let’s jump straight in the meal plan for the month, which you can download for FREE.

 

 

 

Remember that when planning your meals, first shop your pantry and use as much as what you have.
