admin Mother’s Day is just round the corner, and just like any other celebration, we are inundated with all sorts of gifts. I 
will share with you some gift ideas which will not necessarily break the bank, but will nonetheless make your mum happy.
Before I start, would like to spare a word about the other side of Mother’s Day. For some of us, Mother’s Day brings with it sadness, in particular to those women who long to be called ‘mum’ but for whatever reason are unable to conceive or have suffered a miscarriage (whether they are already a mother or not). Let us not forget, those who have lost their mother and cannot celebrate with the most important person in their lives. A big hug goes to you all.
With this in mind, I came up with these out of the box gift ideas for Mother’s Day:
- YOUR TIME – Everyone is busy running from one place to another that sometimes we just cannot find the time to connect with our mother. So spend some quality time with your mother…..visit that new coffee shop you had been eyeing for some time;
- MEMORIES FROM THE PAST – Find some photos of when you and your siblings were still young and do a collage and frame them. Your mother will just love it;
- MUMMY TIME – Everyone needs to unwind, so give your mother sometime for herself, maybe a massage or a day at the Spa.
