It’s already another month, and here is another meal plan. May’s meal plan is another easy one, however this time round I am including the shopping list for you. Notwithstanding I have the majority of the ingredients, I decided to list everything to make it easier for you.

Here is the meal plan for the month of May:
Week 1 (1st – 10th May)
- Tuscan White Bean Soup
- Burgers in Buns
- Baked Macaroni (Mqarrun il-Forn)
- Left over Mqarrun
- Pork Chips with salad
- Freezer Friendly Ravioli
- Slowcooker Sweet & Sout BBQ Meatballs
- Pasta e Ceci
- Take out
Week 2 (11th – 17th May)
- Cheese Board
- Cauliflower fritters
- Beef Stroganoff
- Rice Salad
- Homemade Pizza
- Whole roast Chicken served with veg and potatoes
- Left overs
Week 3 (18th – 24th May)
- Chicken Enchiladas (using left over Chicken from the roasted chicken)
- Veg. Potato Fritters with salad
- Meat with breadcrumbs
- Pasta with sauce
- Omlette with sauce
- Hot Dogs
- Beef Strew
Week 4 (25th – 31st May)
- Left over Beef Stew
- Slowcooker Broccoli Beef
- Pasta w/sauce
- Sweet & Sour Pork
- Chili con Carne
- Homemade Pizza
- Lasagna
For the chili con carne it’s ok if you don’t use all the ingredients. Use as much as you have.
For this month am also including the SHOPPING LIST as a FREE DOWNLOAD.
Every effort has been made to include all the ingredients required to carry out the May Meal Plan but there might be ingredients that might have not been included.
The shopping list includes everything and most likely you have the majority of the ingredients. You will see that with only few item you can whip up a delicious meal in no time.
